Most of the art that you will be receiving will be framed. Occasionally some of the works presented will be unframed. If you prefer to purchase works unframed please mention this when you contact us to arrange your purchase.

We ship by UPS. Regular service usually takes 4 to 6 working days within the continental United States. UPS also offers 2nd day and overnight service. If you want to ship outside the continental United States, shipping and crating are extra. Please contact us by e-mail for expected delivery date and shipping price. Please remember, UPS cannot deliver to a post office box number. Please provide a street address.

Special order items such as commissioned work will be shipped as soon as they are available from the artist: shipping information will be provided at time of order confirmation.

Return Policy All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Please e-mail us to let us know if you are returning the work for any reason. WindyCreek Studio will accept a return,as long as the item is returned in its original condition. Customer will be responsible for shipping and insurance charges in both directions.

Commissions No returns will be accepted on commissions. Commissioned works require a 50% advance and the balance at time of shipment. Call to make arrangements.
