WindyCreek Highlands was established in 1999 near Bozeman, Montana. We raise registered Highland cattle on pastures using intensive rotational grazing, and Gallagher fencing as the heart of the pasture system. We raise our Highland Cattle without the use of any hormones, growth additives, or chemicals. all feed is raised without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Highland cattle developed over the last five hundred years on the rugged hills of the Highlands of Scotland. Highland cattle have long sweeping horns and flowing long hair.
